QYJ Series Lubrication Pump

QYJ series electric lubrication pump is driven by high-performance DC motor, the pump element is precision machined with European technology, the valve core and valve hole are matched with high precision, the maximum output pressure can reach up to 350bar, there are 1--6 oil outlets, which can drive multiple groups of distributors work at the same time to form an independent lubrication system.

The material of the pump body is aluminum alloy, which is reliable in installation and easy to maintain. It works without deformation under high and low back pressure, and the output oil is stable.

Oil tank material is made of imported nylon, high transparency, impact resistant, UV resistant, no deformation and crack under high and low temperature.

The lubricating pump is standard equipped with a safety valve oil return device, and the spilled grease can be directly returned to the oil tank. The built-in electric controller and low oil level switch are optional. The oil level alarm signal can also be output to the host PLC to monitor the oil level status in real time.

QYJ series electric lubricating pump can form a progressive relationship system with BK-F progressive distributor or a single line system with BKL-1 single line distributor. It is widely used in wind power, engineering machinery, mining machinery and other industries.
